Liabilities of the Master Servicer. The Master Servicer shall be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent of the obligations specifically imposed upon and undertaken by it herein. Only the Master Servicer or any successor Master Servicer, including the Trustee as successor Master Servicer or a successor Master Servicer appointed by the Certificate Insurers, shall be liable with respect to the servicing of the Mortgage Loans and the REO Property for actions taken by any such person in contravention of the Master Servicer’s duties hereunder.
