LIABILITY CLAUSE. Neglect of insurance obligation and loss of driver’s license: When an employer fails to insure the company vehicle used by an employee and the employee loses his driver’s license as a result of such failure, the employer must compensate the employee for the following losses: • wages • fines • expenses incurred in relation to the reinstatement of said driver’s license An employee must hold the driver’s license required to operate the vehicle of the employer assigned to him. He must notify the employer if his driver’s license is suspended or cancelled.
