Without prejudice to Clauses 12.1 and 12.2 above, any loss suffered by a Party resulting from, arising out of or relating to a breach of this Data Processing Agreement, shall be governed by the provisions regarding lia- bility in the Master Agreement, save for that any limitation of liability in the Master Agreement shall not apply.
