Common use of Liability for Other Matters Clause in Contracts

Liability for Other Matters. ‌ The Trustees, individually or collectively, are not responsible or liable for: (a) any matter, cause or thing arising due to the invalidity of all or any part of this Trust Agreement or the Plan; (b) any delay occasioned by any restriction or provision in: (i) this Trust Agreement; (ii) the documents setting out the terms of the Plan; (iii) any contract procured in the course of the administration of the Plan or Trust Fund; or (iv) any other procedure; or (c) any Contributions required to be paid to the Trust Fund.
