Liability for Personal Property. In no event shall Landlord have any liability for, nor shall it be required to repair or restore, any injury or damage to Tenant's Personal Property or to Alterations, or any other personal property installed in or upon the Premises by Tenant or at the expense of Tenant, except in the event such injury or damage is caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord.
