Liability for processors. When appointing a processor, the appointing party must impose obligations on the processor with regard to data protection, confidentiality and data security that (a) meet the requirements of Articles 28 and 29 GDPR and (b) are at least as strict as the obligations set out in this DPIA Part C. If a Processor fails to fulfill its obligations in relation to the Processing under joint controllership, the Designating Party shall be fully liable to the other Party for the fulfillment of the obligations of that Processor.
