Common use of Liability in relation to Design not diminished by Review Clause in Contracts

Liability in relation to Design not diminished by Review. The liability of the Contractor to carry out the design of the Facility according to this Contract shall not be modified, diminished or otherwise affected by any Reviewable Design Data or other document or information regarding design having been reviewed or commented upon by the Authority or the Authority's Representative.
