Common use of Liability of Authority Clause in Contracts

Liability of Authority. The liabilities or obligations of Authority with respect to its activities pursuant to this Agreement shall be the liabilities or obligations solely of Authority and shall not be or become the liabilities or obligations of the County of ▇▇▇▇ or any other entity, including the state of California.
