Common use of Liability of Authority Clause in Contracts

Liability of Authority. Notwithstanding any provision of this Lease to the contrary, the liability of the Authority under this Lease shall be limited to its interest in the Leased Properties and there shall be no recourse under this Lease to any other assets or properties of the Authority whether now owned or hereafter acquired.
