Common use of Liability of the Client Clause in Contracts

Liability of the Client. 1. The client shall reimburse the damage suffered by the storage contractor as a consequence of the removal items remitted by the Client for storage, as well as all necessarily incurred charges for possible clean-up, sale, commission of bailiff service and suchlike. 2. In such case as the client shall not observe the obligation as referred under article 7, possible costs that might so be caused shall fall to the client’s expense.
