Common use of Liability of the Employee Clause in Contracts

Liability of the Employee. 6.1. Under the agreement, the employee assumes, regardless of guilt, liability for any damage, including loss of profit, arising from the destruction of, loss of, or damage to the property. 6.2. The employee is liable for all damage caused to the employer on the basis specified in clause 6.1. of the agreement but not more than in the amount of __________[the amount in numbers] (_________[the amount in words]) euros except for liability for intentionally caused damage. 6.3. The employer is entitled to demand compensation for damage exceeding the monetary limit agreed on in clause 6.2. if the employee is responsible for the occurrence of damage taking account the legal grounds and restrictions. 6.4.
