Licence to Occupy Premises Clause Samples

A Licence to Occupy Premises clause grants a party the right to use and occupy certain premises without transferring any legal interest or tenancy in the property. Typically, this clause outlines the specific areas covered, the permitted uses, and any conditions or restrictions on occupation, such as hours of access or shared facilities. Its core function is to provide flexible, short-term access to property while avoiding the legal complexities and obligations associated with formal leases or tenancies.
