License and Certifications. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits and certifications for the bird abatement services and shall comply with all applicable laws and state regulations. Only federally and state approved species of raptors shall be used for these services. Copies of all licenses and bird registries shall be submitted to County and shall be maintained on file with the County Site Project Manager throughout the term of the Contract.
