The specific payment time, ratio, amount and conditions are as follows:

All accrued interest payable thereafter shall be paid at the time of payment of outstanding principal amounts."

License Fee and Payment. 3. 1License fee: Both Parties agree that from the effective date of the Agreement, Party B shall pay the license fee to Party A every three calendar months as a billing cycle (hereinafter referred to as the “Billing Cycle”).
