License for Licensed Technology. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Millennium hereby grants to Portola an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing license, with the right to grant sublicenses through multiple tiers, under the Licensed Technology to research, develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale and import Products in the Field.
