Common use of License for Performance of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

License for Performance of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Halozyme hereby grants to Baxter, and its Affiliates, a non-exclusive license under the Halozyme Intellectual Property, including any grantback rights to the Standalone Product or API that was obtained from third parties, solely for and to the extent necessary for Baxter or such Affiliate to perform its obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to, the manufacture and handling of Standalone Product under this Agreement.
