Common use of License from Customer Clause in Contracts

License from Customer. Customer grants no rights to SVTC except for a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license under Customer’s applicable Intellectual Property Rights, to use any of Customer’s Technology, products or processes as necessary for SVTC to provide the services requested by Customer pursuant to this Agreement, for the purposes of this Agreement.
