License Grant and Restrictions. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, to electronically access and use the Money Management Service (the "Service") solely to manage your financial data, and the purchase rewards application ("Debit Rewards Offers") to benefit from your debit card purchases. In addition to the Money Management Service and the Debit Rewards Offers, the terms "Service" and "Debit Rewards Offers" also include any other programs, tools, internet-based services, components and any "updates" (for example, Service maintenance, Debit Rewards information, help content, bug fixes, or maintenance releases, etc.) of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers if and when they are made available to you by us or by our third party vendors. Certain Service and Debit Rewards Offers may be accompanied by, and will be subject to, additional terms and conditions. You are not licensed or permitted to do any of the following and you may not allow any third party to do any of the following: (i) access or attempt to access any other systems, programs or data that are not made available for public use; (ii) copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell or distribute in any way the material from the Money Management site or from the Debit Rewards Offers program; (iii) permit any third party to benefit from the use or functionality of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers, or any other services provided in connection with them, via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau, or other arrangement; (iv) transfer any of the rights granted to you under this license; (v) work around any technical limitations in the Service, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the Service, or decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Service except as otherwise permitted by applicable law; (vi) perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with them, prevent access to or the use of the Service, Debit Rewards Offers or any or services provided in connection with them by other licensees or customers, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure while using the Service; or

In addition to the MX Money Management Service and the Debit Rewards Offers, the terms "Service" and "“Debit Rewards Offers" ” also include any other programs, tools, internet-based services, components and any "updates" (for example, Service service maintenance, Debit Rewards information, help content, bug fixes, or maintenance releases, etc.) of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers if and when they are made available to you by us or by our third third-party vendors. Certain Service and Debit Rewards Offers may be accompanied by, and will be subject to, additional terms and conditions. You are not licensed or permitted to do any of the following and you may not allow any third party to do any of the following: (i) access • Access or attempt to access any other systems, programs or data that are not made available for public use; (ii) copyuse • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell or distribute in any way the material from the MX Money Management site or from the Debit Rewards Offers program; (iii) permit program • Permit any third party to benefit from the use or functionality of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers, or any other services provided in connection with them, via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau, or other arrangement; (iv) transfer arrangement • Transfer any of the rights granted to you under this license; (v) work license • Work around any technical limitations in the Service, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the Service, or decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Service except as otherwise permitted by applicable law; (vi) perform law • Perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with them, prevent access to or the use of the Service, Debit Rewards Offers or any or services provided in connection with them by other licensees or customers, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure while using • Otherwise use the Service; or, Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with them except as expressly allowed under this Section 1. The Service and Debit Rewards Offers are protected by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. You do not have any rights to the trademarks or service marks.

In addition to the Money Management Service MoneyIQ and the Debit Rewards Offers, the terms "Serviceservice" and "“Debit Rewards Offers" ” also include any other programs, tools, internet-based services, components and any "updates" (for example, Service service maintenance, Debit Rewards information, help content, bug fixes, or maintenance releases, etc.) of the Service service or Debit Rewards Offers if and when they are made available to you by us or by our third party vendors. Certain Service service and Debit Rewards Offers may be accompanied by, and will be subject to, additional terms and conditions. You are not licensed or permitted to do any of the following and you may not allow any third party to do any of the following: (i) access or attempt to access any other systems, programs or data that are not made available for public use; (ii) copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell or distribute in any way the material from the Money Management MX (MoneyIQ) site or from the Debit Rewards Offers program; (iii) permit any third party to benefit from the use or functionality of the Service service or Debit Rewards Offers, or any other services provided in connection with them, via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau, or other arrangement; (iv) transfer any of the rights granted to you under this license; (v) work around any technical limitations in the Serviceservice, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the Serviceservice, or decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Service service except as otherwise permitted by applicable law; (vi) perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working of the Service service or Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with them, prevent access to or the use of the Serviceservice, Debit Rewards Offers or any or services provided in connection with them by other licensees or customers, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure while using the Serviceservice; oror (vii) otherwise use the service, Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with them except as expressly allowed under this Section 1.

License Grant and Restrictions. You are granted a TRAFx hereby grants to you an individual, personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licensetransferable, revocable license and right to electronically access and use the Money Management Service (the "Service") DataNet solely for your own internal business purposes. Your license to manage your financial datause DataNet is subject to this Agreement, and is for the purchase rewards application ("Debit Rewards Offers") duration of the License Term. All rights not expressly granted to benefit from you are reserved by TRAFx and its licensors. Your User License commences on the Effective Date and terminates at the end of the License Term, unless this Agreement and your debit card purchasesUser License are extended, then your User License terminates at the end of your final extension term. TRAFx, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your User License if you materially breach or otherwise fail to comply with this Agreement. User Licenses cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned in accordance with this Agreement by an Administrator to new Users who are replacing former Users who have changed job status or function and no longer use DataNet. Users shall not share their passwords and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. TRAFx, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your User License and inactivate a User’s password. An Administrator may also, in his/her sole discretion, suspend or terminate your User License and inactivate a User’s password. Subject to Section 6.1 of this Agreement, you shall not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party DataNet in any way. In addition addition, you shall not (i) modify or make derivative works based upon DataNet or the Content; (ii) create Internet "links" to the Money Management Service and the Debit Rewards Offers, the terms DataNet or "Serviceframe" and or "Debit Rewards Offersmirror" also include any Content on any other programs, tools, internetserver or wireless or Internet-based servicesdevice; or (iii) reverse engineer or access DataNet in order to (a) build a competitive product of DataNet, components and any "updates" (for exampleb) build a product using similar ideas, Service maintenancefeatures, Debit Rewards information, help content, bug fixesfunctions or graphics of DataNet, or maintenance releases(c) copy any ideas, etc.) features, functions or graphics of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers DataNet. You may not access DataNet if and when they you are made available to you by us or by our third party vendors. Certain Service and Debit Rewards Offers a direct competitor of TRAFx, except with TRAFx’s prior written consent which consent may be accompanied bywithheld at the sole discretion of TRAFx. In addition, and will be subject to, additional terms and conditions. You are not licensed or permitted to do any of the following and you may not allow access DataNet for purposes of monitoring its availability, performance or functionality, or for any third party to do any of the followingother benchmarking or competitive purposes. You may use DataNet only for your internal business purposes and shall not: (i) access send or attempt to access any other systemsstore infringing, programs or data that are not made available for public use; (ii) copyobscene, reproducethreatening, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell or distribute in any way the material from the Money Management site or from the Debit Rewards Offers program; (iii) permit any third party to benefit from the use or functionality of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers, or any other services provided in connection with them, via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau, or other arrangement; (iv) transfer any of the rights granted to you under this license; (v) work around any technical limitations in the Service, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the Service, or decompile, disassemblelibelous, or otherwise reverse engineer the Service except as otherwise permitted by applicable law; (vi) perform unlawful or attempt tortious material, including material harmful to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working children or violative of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with them, prevent access to or the use of the Service, Debit Rewards Offers or any or services provided in connection with them by other licensees or customers, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure while using the Service; orthird party privacy rights;

In addition to the Money Management Service and the Debit Rewards Offersaddition, the terms "Service" and "Debit Rewards Offers" also Artisans' Bank Online Services include any other programs, tools, internetInternet-based services, components and any "updates" (for example, Service maintenance, Debit Rewards information, help content, bug fixes, or maintenance releases, etc.) of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers Artisans' Bank Online Services if and when they are made available to you by us or by our third third-party vendors. Certain Service and Debit Rewards Offers Artisans' Bank Online Services may be accompanied by, and will be subject to, additional terms and conditions. You are not licensed or permitted to do any of the following and you may not allow any third party to do any of the following: (i) access or attempt to access any other systems, programs or data that are not made available for public use; (ii) copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell resell, or distribute in any way the material from the Money Management site or from the Debit Rewards Offers programArtisans' Bank Online Services; (iii) permit any third party to benefit from the use or functionality of the Service or Debit Rewards OffersArtisans' Bank Online Services, or any other services or features provided in connection with them, via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau, or other arrangement; (iv) transfer any of the rights granted to you under this license; (v) work around workaround any technical limitations in the ServiceArtisans' Bank Online Services, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the ServiceArtisans' Bank Online Services, or decompile, disassemble, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Service Artisans' Bank Online Services except as otherwise permitted by applicable law; (vi) perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with themArtisans' Bank Online Services, prevent access to or the use of the Service, Debit Rewards Offers or any or services provided in connection with them Artisans' Bank Online Services by other licensees or customers, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure while using the ServiceArtisans' Bank Online Services; oror (vii) otherwise use the Artisans' Bank Online Services except as expressly allowed hereunder.

Certain Service and Debit Rewards Offers may be accompanied by, and will be subject to, additional terms and conditions. You are not licensed or permitted to do any of the following and you may not allow any third party to do any of the following: (i) access or attempt to access any other systems, programs or data that are not made available for public use; (ii) copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell or distribute in any way the material from the Money Management site or from the Debit Rewards Offers programMyFi360 site; (iii) permit any third party to benefit from the use or functionality of the Service or Debit Rewards OffersService, or any other services provided in connection with them, via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau, or other arrangement; (iv) transfer any of the rights granted to you under this license; (v) work around any technical limitations in the Service, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the Service, or decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Service except as otherwise permitted by applicable law; (vi) perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with them, prevent access to or the use of the Service, Debit Rewards Offers Service or any or services provided in connection with them by other licensees or customersmembers, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure while using the Service; oror (vii) otherwise use the Service, or any services provided in connection with them except as expressly allowed under this Section

You are granted Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, FreshmenSuccess grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, license to electronically access and use the Money Management Service Software solely for the purposes described on the WizED information page (the "Service") solely to manage your financial data, and the purchase rewards application ("Debit Rewards Offers") to benefit from your debit card purchases▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/WizED.aspx). In addition to the Money Management Service and the Debit Rewards Offerscurrent WizED online software, the terms term "ServiceSoftware" and "Debit Rewards Offers" also include includes any other programs, tools, internet-based services, components and any "updates" updates (for example, Service Software maintenance, Debit Rewards service information, help content, bug fixes, or maintenance releases, etc.) of to the Service Software that FreshmenSuccess provides or Debit Rewards Offers if and when they are made makes available to you by us or by our third party vendorsyou. Certain Service and Debit Rewards Offers Some of these Software updates may be accompanied byby additional terms. If so, and those additional terms will be subject toincorporated into this Agreement and your use of the Software and any such updates will be bound by both this Agreement and said additional terms. Without limiting the generality of the reservations described in Section 2 below, additional terms and conditions. You you are not licensed or permitted under this Agreement to do any of the following and you may shall not allow any third third-party to do any of the following: (i) access or attempt to access any other FreshmenSuccess systems, programs or data that are not made available for public use; (ii) in any way copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell resell, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or distribute in any way sublicense the material from the Money Management site or from the Debit Rewards Offers programSoftware; (iii) permit any third third-party to exploit or benefit from the use or functionality of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers, or any other services provided in connection with them, via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau, or other arrangementSoftware; (iv) transfer any of the rights granted to you under this licenseAgreement; (v) work around any technical limitations in the ServiceSoftware, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the ServiceSoftware, or decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise reverse engineer attempt to derive any of the Service except as otherwise permitted by applicable lawsource code of the Software; (vi) perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with themSoftware, prevent access to or the use of the Service, Debit Rewards Offers or any or services provided in connection with them Software by FreshmenSuccess's other licensees or customers, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on FreshmenSuccess's infrastructure; or (vii) otherwise use the infrastructure while using the Service; orSoftware except as expressly allowed under this Section 1.

License Grant and Restrictions. You are granted a TRAFx hereby grants to you an individual, personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licensetransferable, revocable license and right to electronically access and use the Money Management Service (the "Service") DataNet solely for your own internal business purposes. Your license to manage your financial datause DataNet is subject to this Agreement, and is for the purchase rewards application ("Debit Rewards Offers") duration of the License Term. All rights not expressly granted to benefit from you are reserved by TRAFx and its licensors. Your User License commences on the Effective Date and terminates at the end of the License Term, unless this Agreement and your debit card purchasesUser License are extended, then your User License terminates at the end of your final extension term. TRAFx, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your User License if you materially breach or otherwise fail to comply with this Agreement. User Licenses cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned in accordance with this Agreement by an Administrator to new Users who are replacing former Users who have changed job status or function and no longer use DataNet. Users shall not share their passwords and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. TRAFx, in its sole discretion, without notice, may suspend or terminate your User License and inactivate a User’s password. An Administrator may also, in his/her sole discretion, suspend or terminate your User License and inactivate a User’s password. Subject to Section 6.1 of this Agreement, you shall not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party DataNet in any way. In addition addition, you shall not (i) modify or make derivative works based upon DataNet or the Content; (ii) create Internet "links" to the Money Management Service and the Debit Rewards Offers, the terms DataNet or "Serviceframe" and or "Debit Rewards Offersmirror" also include any Content on any other programs, tools, internetserver or wireless or Internet-based servicesdevice; or (iii) reverse engineer or access DataNet in order to (a) build a competitive product of DataNet, components and any "updates" (for exampleb) build a product using similar ideas, Service maintenancefeatures, Debit Rewards information, help content, bug fixesfunctions or graphics of DataNet, or maintenance releases(c) copy any ideas, etc.) features, functions or graphics of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers DataNet. You may not access DataNet if and when they you are made available to you by us or by our third party vendors. Certain Service and Debit Rewards Offers a direct competitor of TRAFx, except with TRAFx’s prior written consent which consent may be accompanied bywithheld at the sole discretion of TRAFx. In addition, and will be subject to, additional terms and conditions. You are not licensed or permitted to do any of the following and you may not allow access DataNet for purposes of monitoring its availability, performance or functionality, or for any third party to do any of the followingother benchmarking or competitive purposes. You may use DataNet only for your internal business purposes and shall not: (i) access send or attempt store infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, including material harmful to access any other systems, programs children or data that are not made available for public useviolative of third party privacy rights; (ii) copysend or store material containing software viruses, reproduceworms, republishTrojan horses or other harmful computer code, uploadfiles, postscripts, transmit, resell agents or distribute in any way the material from the Money Management site or from the Debit Rewards Offers programprograms; (iii) permit any third party to benefit from interfere with or disrupt the use integrity or functionality performance of DataNet or the Service data contained therein; or Debit Rewards Offers, or any other services provided in connection with them, via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau, or other arrangement; (iv) transfer any of the rights granted attempt to you under this licensegain unauthorized access to DataNet or its related systems or networks; (v) work around any technical limitations in setup and exceed the Service, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the Service, or decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Service except as otherwise permitted by applicable law; (vi) perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working number of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with them, prevent access to or the use of the Service, Debit Rewards Offers or any or services provided in connection with them by other licensees or customers, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure while using the Service; orauthorized User Licenses.

Certain Service and Debit Rewards Offers may be accompanied by, and will be subject to, additional terms and conditions.
