Common use of License Scope Clause in Contracts

License Scope. In consideration of the fees as specified in the Order Form and if and insofar agreed between the Parties in the Order Form, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ grants Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable License for the use of the Platform for the duration of the Subscription Term and in accordance with the volumes, storage capacities and/or other limitations specified in the Order Form (“License Scope”). The License shall become effective from the time of the conclusion of the Order Form, unless agreed otherwise. Client is not entitled to receive the source code of the Platform.
