License to Biogen Idec for Other Biogen Idec Products. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sunesis hereby grants to Biogen Idec a worldwide, non-exclusive license under the Sunesis Collaboration Technology and Sunesis’ interest in the Joint Collaboration Technology, in each case with the right to grant and authorize sublicenses as provided in Section 6.5, to research, develop, make, have made, use, import, offer for sale, sell and otherwise exploit Other Compounds for any purpose, alone or as incorporated in Other Biogen Idec Products.
