License to Development Data. Strakan shall have the exclusive right to use the Development Data (or any portion thereof) solely to the extent necessary for Developing and Commercializing the Product outside the Territory during the Term and inside the Territory after the Term, and shall have the right to grant sublicenses (“Data License”).
