License to Distribute. Licensor hereby grants to Partner a nonexclusive, worldwide right and license to, distribute and market to its users the Full Versions: (a) via the Game Center Software as the sole vehicle for selling Licensor’s Programs (b) through electronic distribution via Internet Protocol; and (c) any or all Programs, Bundled Programs or services offered by Licensor from time to time, whether electronically via Internet Protocol or through tangible media such as CD-ROMs, DVDs, diskettes, or hard disc drives. Additionally, Partner may distribute the Demo Versions through electronic distribution via the Internet.
