Common use of LICENSE TO FIDEX Clause in Contracts

LICENSE TO FIDEX. DEVELOPER hereby grants to FIDEX the following rights and license to the Software Documentation and other Materials: For any and all purposes consistent with this Agreement, including, without limitation, to copy, use and display the Software and the Documentation: to copy the source code; to use the Software to produce executable copies of the Software; to provide verification services; to deliver copies of the Software (source code and/or executable copies) and/or Documentation and other Materials, to the LICENSEE, consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
