Common use of License to Use Deliverables Clause in Contracts

License to Use Deliverables. Verizon grants to Customer a non-exclusive, nontransferable, license to use any Deliverables solely for Customer’s internal business purposes during the Term, including the right to make a reasonable number of copies of such Deliverable, if applicable. With Verizon’s prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld, Customer may provide Deliverables to a computer forensic team, law enforcement or other third parties for the purpose of further investigation of or prosecution related to an Incident, as that term is defined herein.
