License to Use IBUK and Its Affiliates' Software. IBUK and its affiliates in the Interactive Brokers Group of companies grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Interactive Brokers Group Software solely as provided herein. Title to Interactive Brokers Group Software and updates shall remain the sole property of IBUK and/or its Interactive Brokers Group affiliates, including all patents, copyrights and trademarks. The Client shall not sell, exchange, or transfer the Interactive Brokers Group Software to others. The Client shall not copy, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or reduce to a human readable form, or adapt, the Interactive Brokers Group Software or use it to create a derivative work. IBUK and its affiliates are entitled to immediate injunctive relief for threatened breaches of these undertakings.
