License to Use the Service. NASDAQ OMX grants Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable license during the term of this Agreement to receive and use the Service as made accessible by NASDAQ OMX and thereafter to use the information and data transmitted from the Service for any purpose not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or the NASDAQ OMX Requirements. (a) Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that NASDAQ OMX has certain proprietary rights in the Service. Subscriber further agrees that NASDAQ OMX’s third party information providers and other Subscribers have proprietary rights in their respective information and data. In the event of any misappropriation or misuse, NASDAQ OMX or its third party information providers, including other Subscribers, shall have the right to obtain injunctive relief for its respective information or data. Subscriber will attribute source as appropriate under all circumstances. (b) The Service is licensed only for use by Subscriber and Subscriber’s Users. Subscriber will promptly give written Notice to NASDAQ OMX of any change in the name or place of business at which the Service is accessed. Subscriber may not sell, lease, furnish or otherwise permit or provide access to the Service to any third parties. Subscriber will not engage in the operation of any illegal business; use or permit anyone else to use the Service, or any part thereof, for any illegal purpose; or violate any NASDAQ OMX Requirement.

License to Use the Service. During the Term and subject to Demand Partner’s compliance with the Agreement, Fyber will provide Demand Partner with a limited,‌ non-exclusive, royalty-free (except as may be set forth otherwise in the respective Service Order), non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to (a) access and use the applicable Service and Bid Request in accordance with the PISA Addendum attached hereto as Appendix B and solely for the purposes of (i) buying Ad Inventory on the Property, and (ii) to serve and deliver, or enable Fyber to serve and deliver (as applicable to the specific Service), Ads on the Property (or the Specified Supply Partner Property in connection with the Programmatic mediation Service) via the Fyber SDK, Fyber API or Tag (as applicable to Demand Partner’s use of the Service); and (b) access and use the Fyber dashboard, or third party’s dashboard provided on behalf of Fyber (as applicable for the specific Service), for the purpose of reviewing Demand Partner’s activity on and use of the Service.

License to Use the Service. 1.1. Subject to compliance with the terms of this Agreement and, where applicable, the payment of the relevant fees for the Service, 4me grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and revocable right to access and use the Service and install, copy and use the 4me Properties (defined below), solely in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and solely for the duration of your subscription to the Service (“Subscription Term”). 4me makes available a trial version of the Service (“Trial Service”), and a paid for Service either on a pay as you go model (“Consumption Model”) or paid upfront model (“Service Credits Model”).

License to Use the Service. During the Term Fyber will provide Demand Partner with a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free (except as may be set forth otherwise in the respective Service Order), non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to‌ (a) buy Ad Inventory of the App via the Service, (ii) serve and deliver, or enable Fyber to serve and deliver on Demand Partner’s behalf (as applicable to the specific Service), Ads on the App via the Service; and (b) access and use the Fyber dashboard, or third party’s dashboard provided by or on behalf of Fyber (as applicable for the specific Service), for the purpose of viewing Demand Partner’s activity/performance on/via the Service.

License to Use the Service. METER shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service. Subject to the terms of this Agreement (including without limitation any restrictions and limitations designated in the applicable Order Form), and conditioned on Client’s and Users’ compliance therewith, METER hereby grants Client a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonassignable, nonsublicensable right to access and use the Service solely for its own internal business operations purposes during the Subscription Term. Client may access the Service either via the domains that allow Client and its permitted users to access the Service from the supported browsers, including ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, or a METER Mobile Application. Except as provided in this Agreement, METER reserves all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation all related Intellectual Property Rights, and the license granted to Client does not convey any rights in the Service, express or implied, or ownership in the Service or any Intellectual Property rights thereto. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by METER and its licensors.

License to Use the Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Service for your personal, noncommercial use only and as permitted by the features of the Service. Company reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Service and the Company Content (as defined below). Company may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.

License to Use the Service. Subject to Participant's performance of all of the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Participant's payment to Company of the then current Participation Fee, Company hereby grants Participant, during the term of this Agreement, a limited, terminable, personal, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service as provided herein and not to download (other than page caching) or modify the Service or any information or data therein, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Company. The Service or any portion thereof may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Company. Participant may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Company without prior express written consent.

License to Use the Service. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services is and will remain the exclusive property of Carbonex and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Seychelles as well as those of other countries. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement gives you a right to use the Carbonex name or any of the Carbonex trademarks, logos, domain names or other distinctive brand features. Reservation of the Company’s rights

License to Use the Service. From the time of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, Pixonic grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicable, revocable limited license in accordance with the following restrictions on accessing and using the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose. Unless otherwise specified by Pixonic, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from or part of the Service. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use are reserved. 3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following license restrictions when accessing or using the Service: • You will not attempt to obtain credentials or access another user's account, or collect or collect personal information from other users; • You will not use, distribute, or publicly inform other users of any error, misappointment, or service error that provides an unintended advantage or allows the impersonation of another person, including the use of automated collection mechanisms such as clean graphics exchange (gif) formats, cookies, or similar technologies; • You will not improperly use our support services, including sending fake news, as well as distributing any messages you have received from our support services; • You will not harass, threaten or bully any other users, or post or send abusive, threatening, bullying, harassing, obscene, obscene, offensive, pornographic or illegal content or content that violates or violates someone else's rights or impersonates another person; • You will not use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes, including but not limited to commercial advertising or harassment (such as chain letters, spam, spam, or other repetitive messages) or the collection or transmission of content within the Service (as defined below) for sale; • You may not sell, buy, exchange, transfer, give as a gift, your account, as well as distribute information about any intention to do so above; • You will not use the Service to perform services for payment, such as compensation or item selection services; • You will not use or design cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized software designed to modify or disrupt the Service; • You will not delete or obscure any proprietary notices within the Service; • You do not interfere with or try to interfere with the Service or use of the Service by...
