License to Use the Services. 3.1. Upon commencement of the relevant Agreement and provided payment of the Fees due andfurther for the duration of the agreed termfor the Services, Client is granted, and Client accepts, the non-exclusive, non-assignable, non- transferable, temporal, worldwide, limited right to use the Services, solely for Client’s internal use and benefit and for volume, usage and time parameters agreed and paid for. 3.2. Actuals reserves all rights not specifically granted to Client.
