Common use of License to User Content Clause in Contracts

License to User Content. You hereby grant to AugX an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute your Submitted Content and Generated Content for purposes of providing the Service, and for such other purposes as may be set forth herein. You waive all moral rights in your Submitted Content and Generated Content, and you warrant that moral rights have not otherwise been asserted in your Submitted Content or (except with respect to any Third Party Content incorporated therein) in your Generated Content. Additionally, you represent and warrant to AugX that you have all rights necessary to grant the rights and licenses granted to AugX under these Terms.
