LICENSED ACTIVITY. Licensee shall be familiar with, and comply with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures, including, but not limited to anti-discrimination laws and restrictions against the giving or accepting a fee, or other things of value, for the referral of business to title companies, escrow companies, home inspection companies, pest control companies and other settlement service providers pursuant to the state in which they are licensed in & the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Acts (RESPA).

LICENSED ACTIVITY. A. All listings of property, and all agreements, acts or actions for performance of licensed acts, which are taken or performed in connection with this Agreement, shall be taken and performed in the name of Broker. Associate-Licensee agrees to and does hereby contribute all right and title to such listings to Broker for the benefit and use of Broker and Associate-Licensee. B. Associate-Licensee shall provide and pay for all professional licenses, supplies, services, and other items required in connection with Associate-Licensee's activities under this Agreement, or any listing or transaction, without reimbursement from Broker except as required by law. C. Associate-Licensee shall work diligently and with his/her best efforts to: (i) sell, exchange, lease, or rent properties listed with Broker or other cooperating Brokers; (ii) solicit additional listings, clients, and customers; and (iii) otherwise promote the business of serving the public in real estate transactions to the end that Broker and Associate-Licensee may derive the greatest benefit possible, in accordance with law. D. Associate-Licensee shall not commit any unlawful act under federal, state or local law or regulation while conducting licensed activity. Associate-Licensee shall at all times be familiar, and comply, with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including, but not limited to, anti-discrimination laws and restrictions against the giving or accepting a fee, or other thing of value, for the referral of business to title companies, escrow companies, home inspection companies, pest control companies and other settlement service providers pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Acts (RESPA). E. Broker shall make available for Associate-Licensee's use, along with other licensees associated with Broker, the facilities of the real estate office operated by Broker at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and the facilities of any other office locations made available by Broker pursuant to this Agreement.

LICENSED ACTIVITY. Licensee shall use the Licensed Area (as defined below) during the Term solely for the following purpose: Vanderburgh County Health Department (the "Licensed Activity"), as further described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Licensee may not use the Licensed Area for any other use or purpose.

LICENSED ACTIVITY. PGI represents and warrants that Exhibit A includes a complete list of all relevant PGI Licensed Patents with respect to Licensed Compound(s), that it has full and complete right, title and interest to such patents and that there are and have been no conflicting claims with respect to ownership thereof; and that all inventors thereof have assigned their full right, title and interest thereto to PGI.

LICENSED ACTIVITY. Upon the terms and conditions and with the limitations and exceptions hereinafter set forth, Dolphin hereby grants to Licensee and Licensee hereby accepts the exclusive world-wide license and right to utilize the Property but solely upon and in connection with (i) the creation, promotion and operation of the Internet social networking websites identified on Schedule B hereto, as may be amended from time to time (the "DDM Websites"), incorporated herein by reference; and (ii) the sale and distribution of subscription services and other products and/or services (the "Related Products and Services") related to the DDM Websites (collectively, together with the DDM Websites, the "Licensed Activities").

LICENSED ACTIVITY. Associate-Licensee shall be familiar and comply with, all applicable laws, policies, and procedures, including, but not limited to, anti-discrimination laws, restrictions against giving or accepting a fees or other things of value for the referral of business pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Acts (RESPA), and any other applicable laws. If the Broker finds that the Associate-Licensee’s actions violate the above provisions based upon the reported evidence, the Broker will retain any commissions or the Associate-Licensee will return any commissions received to the Broker for purposes of defending any potential liability and at the Broker’s discretion.

LICENSED ACTIVITY. The purpose of this License is for log cabin rental during the big game hunting season.

LICENSED ACTIVITY. All listings of property, all agreements, acts of actions for performance of licensed acts, which are taken or performed in connection with this agreement, shall be performed in the name of the Broker. Broker shall make available for Associate‐Licensee’s use, along with other licensees associated with the Broker, the facilities of the real estate office operated by the Broker at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and the facilities of any compliance on CAR, form ICA, Revised 04/07) 4.1 Associated‐Licensee shall diligently and in good faith keep up with their DRE license in “Active” status in order to engage in any given transaction and close Escrows. 4.2 Associate‐Licensee must be a member of (or in process of joining) the California Association of Realtors, in order to be qualified to access and list properties.

LICENSED ACTIVITY. Amarantus represents and warrants that it owns or controls the full and complete right, title and interest to Amarantus Patents and Amarantus Know-How and can grant the grant-back license rights specified in Section 7.3.1.
