Common use of Licensed Area Clause in Contracts

Licensed Area. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, and Licensee hereby accepts, a revocable, transferable and exclusive license to encroach approximately two and a half feet into the Town right-of-way for purposes of constructing and maintaining four parking spaces in front of Licensee’s building, subject to the terms, conditions, covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth. Licensor's grant hereunder shall in no way operate to confer upon Licensee any other interest, status, or estate of any kind other than a license. This License is subject to the Planning Board’s approval of Licensee’s site plan amendment, including the four parking spaces in front of Licensee’s building and will not be executed by either party until such approval has been granted.

Licensed Area. Licensor's grant hereunder shall in no way operate to confer upon Licensee any other interest, status, or estate of any kind other than a license. This License is subject to the Planning Board’s approval of Licensee’s site plan amendment, including the four parking spaces in front of Licensee’s building and will not be executed by either party until such approval has been granted.

Licensed Area. Licensor's grant hereunder shall in no way operate to confer upon Licensee any other interest, status, or estate of any kind other than a license. This License is subject to the Planning Board’s approval of Licensee’s site plan amendment, including the four parking spaces in front of Licensee’s building and will not be executed by either party until such approval has been granted.
