Licensed Assistant. (1) A Licensed Assistant may perform such duties and tasks for and on behalf of Licensee to increase the business productivity of Licensee. The work shall include those brokerage activities permitted pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 43-40, the rules of the Georgia Real Estate Commission, and the Independent Contractor Agreement executed with Broker and any and all duties specifically assigned by Licensee. (2) If, during the term of this Agreement, the real estate license of Assistant either lapses or becomes inactive, then at such time and until the license is again active and in good standing, Assistant shall only perform the duties and tasks of an Unlicensed Assistant set forth below.

Licensed Assistant. Authorized Selling Firm may allow Producer's Licensed Assistants to perform telephone transactions authorized by the Contract owner if permitted by the current Product prospectus and Company Rules. Authorized Selling Firm is responsible for the supervision of Licensed Assistants. A Licensed Assistant may not perform telephone transactions for any Contract owner prior to being appropriately registered with the NASD as a representative of the Broker-Dealer.

  • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party.   • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.
