Licensed Capacity. Parasoft licenses Software based on Licensed Capacity for different types of usage, as defined herein. Regardless of usage type, You shall immediately notify Parasoft in writing of any increase in use beyond the Licensed Capacity for which You have a license. You must obtain a license for any increase in Licensed Capacity, and You agree to pay to Parasoft additional Software license fees, which will be based on Parasoft’s then-current list price.
