Common use of Licensed Copyrights Clause in Contracts

Licensed Copyrights. The term “Licensed Copyrights” means any registered or unregistered copyrights of the Company as such exist on the Exercise Date that are relevant to, or may be reasonably required for, or in connection with, the development, design, manufacture, reproduction, testing, modification, application, use, sale or other distribution of the Licensed Product and the modification, translation, reproduction and distribution of the Documentation.
