Common use of Licensed Field of Use Clause in Contracts

Licensed Field of Use. The Parties acknowledge that Gilead and its sublicensees have been developing Tenofovir for [*], that IOCB and REGA have previously consented to such use, and as such the licenses granted under the License Agreement have been extended implicitly to include products labeled for [*].
