Licensed Information. Any Proprietary Information of or used by Biorex -------------------- which is or may be subject to an exclusive licence to Glycyx hereunder, shall not be disclosed by Biorex to any Third Party for use in the Territory except for purposes not inconsistent with such exclusive license and only pursuant to confidentiality and non-use restrictions at least as restrictive as those provided herein.
