Common use of Licensed Know-How - Generally Clause in Contracts

Licensed Know-How - Generally. Deliver to Roche copies of Licensed Know-How (other than the Isis Manufacturing and Analytical Know-How) in the Field in Isis’ possession not previously provided hereunder, for use solely in accordance with the license granted under Section 4.1.1 to Roche together with all regulatory documentation (including drafts) related to Products. To assist with the transfer of such Licensed Know-How, Isis will make its personnel reasonably available to Roche during normal business hours to transfer such Licensed Know-How under this Section 4.2.1.
