Licensed Practical Nurses. All regular full-time and part-time licensed practical nurses (LPN’s) after one year of service shall be reimbursed for the total cost of their license renewal (currently $96.00). The facility administrator may require documentation that the payment has been made to the Washington Department of Health, and that the license has been renewed.
