Licensed Premises. It is mutually agreed that upon the implementation of any changes in the Liquor Control Board Regulations governing licensed premises and if problems arise as a result of these changes, the Union and Employer will attempt to negotiate an agreement.
Licensed Premises. (a) Subject to the terms, covenants and conditions set forth in this Master License, SFMTA grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, terminable license to use the Pole(s) specified in the Pole License(s) approved under this Master License (collectively, the “Premises”), subject to and conditioned upon Licensee obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for Licensee’s installation of its Equipment on said Pole(s). Such license shall terminate upon the termination or expiration of this Master License. (b) This Master License applies only to Poles identified in approved Pole Licenses. This Master License shall not be construed to authorize installation of Equipment or other materials on any pole or other City-owned facility other than those specified in approved Pole Licenses.
Licensed Premises. The term "Licensed Premises" shall mean that particular portion of each Store set aside for use by MGI pursuant to this Agreement.
Licensed Premises. All facility uses and accommodations shall be governed by this Exhibit A and Exhibit C. The Licensed Premises is provided and is accepted by Permit Holder “as is, where is, and with all faults.” If Owner is unable to provide part of or all of the facilities or services specified in this Agreement, Owner shall give prompt notice thereof to the Permit Holder.
Licensed Premises. SBBC does hereby License to the City an area or areas referred to herein as “Licensed Premises” and shown on the sketch attached hereto, and made part hereof as Exhibit “A.”
Licensed Premises. The term “Licensed Premises” shall mean the particular area within each Store that is set aside by LICENSOR for use by OPERATOR pursuant to this Agreement.
Licensed Premises. “Licensed Premises” means the areas within the Hotel described or otherwise identified in or with respect to the Liquor Licenses as licensed for Liquor Operations.
Licensed Premises. The licensed premises are a portion of the premises located at , Winchester, Massachusetts, [DESCRIBE eg., comprised of parking spaces] (the “Licensed Premises”) and identified on the plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Town hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Premises during the Term (as defined below) during Licensee’s normal business hours. Licensee hereby accepts the Licensed Premises in its present condition, "as is" as of the Commencement Date, without any representations or warranties of any kind.
Licensed Premises. MTI is the owner of the real property in which the Licensed Premises are located (the "Property"). MTI's license under the Services Agreement to the Company of the Licensed Premises does not violate or conflict with any instrument of record or agreement affecting the Property. MTI has no Knowledge of any eminent domain or similar proceedings against the Property which could adversely affect the Company's use or occupancy of the Licensed Premises during the term of the license. There are no defaults by MTI under any mortgage on the Property which could give rise to the mortgagee's foreclosure on the Property or give rights to any mortgagee to disturb the Company's use or occupancy of the Licensed Premises during the term of the license.
Licensed Premises. 6.01 The University and UTS acknowledge and agree that except as expressly set forth in this Licence, the Licensed Premises shall be under the care and control of UTS during the Term. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, but at all times in conformity with the terms of this Licence, the Affiliation Agreement, the Project Agreement and the Trade-Marks Licence Agreement, UTS shall: (a) be exclusively responsible for maintenance, repairs, construction and Alterations in connection with the Licensed Premises, except as expressly set forth in this Licence; (b) be entitled to name parts of the Licensed Premises (but not, for certainty, the entire New Building), by way of gift or other arrangement, on such terms as it may deem appropriate, provided such naming rights shall expire on the expiry of the Term, and provided further that such names shall have received University President Approval; (c) be entitled to install, at UTS’s sole cost and expense, signage identifying the School on the New Building and/or the UTS Site, provided the location of and appearance of such signage is subject to the consent of the University in writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned; and (d) be entitled to licence parts of the Licensed Premises on a casual, short term basis to third party users on such terms as it may deem appropriate where such use does not otherwise conflict with the terms of this Licence, does not conflict with UTS’s use or the use of the University pursuant to Section 5.02 above, and provided such terms shall be no more favourable to such user that the terms offered to the University from time to time pursuant to Section 5.02 above. Except as otherwise set forth in this Licence, UTS shall be solely responsible for operating costs incurred in connection with the operation of the Licensed Premises.
