Common use of Licensed Property Clause in Contracts

Licensed Property. The licensed property consists of that property highlighted on the map attached as Exhibit A, and further known as ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Parcel Number(s) (the "Licensed Property"). The Licensee accepts the property “as is” and the City makes no warranty or guarantee as to the suitability of said property for the production of crops.
