Licensed Space. Licensor is the owner of the AgriLife Center, located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Boulevard, College Station, Texas 77843 (the “Center”). Licensor grants to Licensee a license to use the Center, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the purpose of (the “Event”).
