Common use of Licensed Users Clause in Contracts

Licensed Users. Vendor shall provide a username and password for each licensed user of the Software, if applicable. "Licensed Users" or "Board Users" means those administrators and teachers licensed to access the Software. A Licensed User may continue to use the License throughout the Term, regardless of any transfer to any other school during that Term.
