Licensee Contact Sample Clauses

The Licensee Contact clause designates a specific individual or position within the licensee’s organization as the primary point of contact for all communications related to the agreement. This clause typically requires the licensee to provide up-to-date contact information and to notify the licensor of any changes to the designated contact. By clearly identifying who is responsible for correspondence, the clause ensures efficient communication and helps prevent misunderstandings or delays in addressing contractual matters.
