LICENSEE-SOURCED DATA Sample Clauses

The LICENSEE-SOURCED DATA clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding data that is provided or generated by the licensee during the course of using a licensed product or service. Typically, this clause clarifies ownership, usage rights, and any restrictions on how the licensor may access, use, or disclose such data. LICENSEE-SOURCED DATA. You may use the Licensed Products with Your own data sets and/or third-party data sets licensed directly by You from third parties (“Licensee-Sourced Data”), provided that You are compliant with the terms and conditions of Your agreement with such third party. Alteryx shall not be liable for any damages or claims incurred as a result of Your use of Licensee-Sourced Data with the Licensed Products.   • Licensee Data Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee will be solely responsible for backing-up, and taking all appropriate measures to protect and secure, Licensee Data. Licensee acknowledges that Nuix may make, store and maintain back up copies of Licensee Data, but is not obliged to do so. Nuix will not be liable for any loss or corruption of Licensee Data.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Third Party Data Any statistical, industry-related and market-related data, which are included in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, is based on or derived from sources that the Company reasonably and in good faith believes to be reliable and accurate, and such data agrees with the sources from which it is derived, and the Company has obtained the written consent for the use of such data from such sources to the extent required.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.
