Licensee Support and Upgrades. Unless otherwise specified in a MSA executed by Oracle and Licensee and attached hereto as Exhibit B, nothing in this Agreement shall obligate Oracle to provide any upgrades, technical support or other assistance concerning the TCK to Licensee or to any distributor or customer of Licensee for its Products.
