Licensee to Comply with all Commonwealth and NSW State Laws Clause Samples

Licensee to Comply with all Commonwealth and NSW State Laws. (a) The Licensee must comply with the requirements of all Statutes, regulations or by-laws and requirements of all relevant public and local authorities in so far as they apply in relation to the use and occupation of the Premises to the extent to which the Licensee is bound at law to comply with the same and nothing in this Licence affects this obligation. (b) The Licensee must forthwith on being served with a notice by the Licensor comply with any notice or direction served on the Licensor by a competent authority relating to the destruction of noxious animals or plants or pests or the carrying out of repairs alterations or works on or to the Premises.
