Licensing Model. Product licenses shall be in accordance with the terms of the applicable licensing model as set forth in the Documentation and/or the Ordering Document, which may include limitations on Scan Targets, License Term, the number of users, seats, licenses and/or types of modules licensed. Product licenses shall commence upon Delivery and shall be either perpetual or subscription in nature. If Customer exceeds the license restrictions, Customer must purchase an upgraded license to allow for all actual or additional usage.

Licensing Model. Software offered by Versa for Titan comes with programmatic license enforcement. It is Your responsibility to purchase the right License Tier. In the case of private Titan instances, it is Your responsibility to report Your usage to Versa on a quarterly basis. Versa reserves the right to verify Proof of Entitlement and corresponding Software usage as defined in the following sections.

Licensing Model. The foregoing license gives you the right to use the Software on condition you have purchased at least one Software license and unlimited use of Game Face Gaming Inc Run-Time client applications that are delivered.

Tenable shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meter resource utilization and assess likeness or uniqueness of Scan Targets within each Product/module licensed. If Customer exceeds the license restrictions, Customer must purchase an upgraded license to allow for all actual or additional usage, and Tenable or its Reseller may promptly invoice Customer for any such overages at a price not to exceed Tenable’s then-current rates. Discrepancies in Scan Target or utilization count is the sole responsibility of the Customer to resolve.

Licensing Model. Licence to New Software and Access to Cloud Services (a) The parties agree that the licensing model and/or access rights specified in the Order Form applies to the New Software and/or Cloud Services (as applicable) being provided under this Agreement. (b) Where the New Software and/or the Cloud Services (as applicable) is/are licensed or made accessible on a User Licensing Model as established in the Order Form, the following terms apply unless otherwise stated in the Order Form: (i) there is no cap on the number of Customer Users who may access and use the New Software and/or Cloud Services (as applicable), except where clause 17.7(b)(ii) applies; and (ii) where the Order Form specifies that there is a cap on the number of Customer Users, the Customer: A. must ensure that only the number of Customer Users specified in the Order Form (or as otherwise agreed between the parties in writing) access the New Software and/or Cloud Services (as applicable); and

Licensing Model. Subject to the payment of the fee, StrangeBee will make the TheHive Cloud Platform available to the Customer during the License Term according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the relevant fee quotation(s).

Licensing Model. Certain Software licenses that are term-based and/or SaaS Services may be licensed under a FlexProtect licensing model. In this case, End User’s specific entitlements under a FlexProtect license shall be as described in the applicable SKU.
