Common use of Licensing Procedure Clause in Contracts

Licensing Procedure. At the scheduled driver training sessions the trainer will instruct all drivers as to the procedure to be followed with the Company and the Union to collect and deliver licensing information to the appropriate licensing agencies. Drivers will be informed that failure to follow the established procedure will result in the driver's responsibility to deliver his/her own information to the appropriate licensing agencies.
