Common use of Licensor's Right to Terminate Upon Event of Termination Clause in Contracts

Licensor's Right to Terminate Upon Event of Termination. Licensor may, at its option, without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, terminate this Agreement by giving sixty (60) days written notice of such termination to Licensee, upon the occurrence of any Event of Termination with respect to Licensee. If no written notice is given to the Licensor, this agreement will Auto Renew for a period of (12) Twelve Months on the Anniversary Date of the Execution of this Agreement.
