Common use of Lien Search Reports Clause in Contracts

Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC (collectively, the “UCC Searches”), tax lien, judgment and litigation searches and title updates conducted by the companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy with respect to the Collateral, Guarantor, Borrower and the Member, such searches to be conducted in each of the locations required by Lender.

Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC (collectively, the “UCC Searches”), federal tax lien, bankruptcy, state tax lien, judgment and pending litigation searches and title updates conducted by the companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy with respect a search firm reasonably acceptable to the Collateral, Guarantor, Lender. Such searches shall have been received in relation to each Borrower and the Member, such searches to be conducted each equity owner in each of Borrower, the locations required by LenderOperating Lessee and each Manager.

Such UCC Searches shall have been received in relation to the CollateralBorrower, Guarantor, Borrower each Asset Guarantor and the Member, such searches to be conducted in each of the locations required by LenderAsset.

Such searches to be shall have been conducted in each of the locations required designated by Lender in Lender's reasonable discretion and shall have been dated not more than fifteen (15) days prior to the Closing Date.

Such UCC Searches shall have been received in relation to Borrower, tax lien, judgment Guarantor and litigation searches and title updates conducted by each owner of the companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy with respect Property (or any portion thereof) immediately prior to the Collateral, Guarantor, Borrower and the Member, such searches to be conducted in each acquisition of the locations required Property by LenderBorrower (to the extent that Borrower is acquiring the Property from such prior owner in connection with the Loan).
