Common use of Lien Search Reports Clause in Contracts

Lien Search Reports. Buyer or Buyer’s counsel shall have received, as reasonably requested by Buyer, satisfactory reports of UCC, tax lien, judgment and litigation searches and title updates conducted by search firms and/or title companies acceptable to Buyer with respect to the Eligible Loan, Mortgaged Property, Seller and Mortgagor, such searches to be conducted in each location Buyer shall reasonably designate.

Lien Search Reports. Buyer or Buyer’s counsel shall have received, as reasonably requested by Buyer, satisfactory reports of UCC, tax lien, judgment and litigation searches and title updates conducted by search firms and/or title companies acceptable to Buyer with respect any existing Title Policies relating to the Eligible New Loan, Mortgaged PropertyEligible Property or Properties, Seller and Mortgagorrelated underlying obligor, such searches to be conducted in each location Buyer shall reasonably designate; provided that such materials were a part of the closing file for the financing of such Eligible Property or Properties.

The applicable Buyer or such Buyer’s counsel shall have received, as reasonably requested by BuyerBuyers, satisfactory reports of UCC, tax lien, judgment and litigation searches and title updates conducted by search firms and/or title companies acceptable to such Buyer with respect to the Eligible Loan, Mortgaged Property, Seller and Mortgagor, such searches to be conducted in each location such Buyer shall reasonably designate.
